Products:
4 slices of bread
butter
4 pieces of ham
1 tomato
a few stalks of fresh onion
grated cedar cheese or anything else of your choice - 100 grams
Dijon mustard to spread bread
Preparation:
Lubricate each slice with a little butter and mustard. Then put the pieces of ham, grated cheese and sliced tomatoes and onions. Then smear the sandwich with a little butter on the outside of the slices and put it in a well heated pan with a non-stick coating.
When the bread gets brown crusty crust and the cheese melts, you can serve with sauces or garnish of your choice.
