Always interesting to discover the benefits of the food that grow around us. In general, nature provides us with what we need to stay healthy. especially the Chinese culture is well aware of the need of all flavours, sweet, sour, bitter etc. It is actually really important to eat some bitter foods. Bitter food activates enzyme production which promote digestion, provides vitamin K which is super important and not so easy to get and bitter foods are good for your skin. A good general rule is to eat a large variety of foods and as much wild plants and herbs as possible :-)
