Selamat siang sahabat steemians, kopi Gayo adalah jenis kopi hitam yang sangat terkenal di daerah Aceh dan di luar Aceh. Rasa kopi hitam yang khas terasa sangat nikmat apalagi dinikmati langsung di Aceh Tengah yang bercuaca dingin. Kopi hitam ini di produksi langsung di daerah Gayo Aceh Tengah dari biji kopi yang di tanam oleh para petani kopi di Gayo.

Kopi Gayo yang terkenal sampai ke mancanegara ini adalah jenis kopi arabica, namun karna ditanam di daerah dataran tinggi sehingga menghasilkan kualitas kopi yang super. Masyarakat di takengon yang sebagian besarnya adalah petani kopi sudah turun temurun menanam kopi sejak zaman dulu sampai sekarang. Mereka terus memproduksi kopi dalam bentuk biji kopi maupun kopi bubuk yang siap di konsumsi.
