Everyone is happy is different. Unfortunately, we often associate happiness with how much money we have. It seems the easiest to measure happiness with a luxurious boarding room, savings to buy a house, and a high salary.
In fact, there are many signs that can prove that we are including people who are happy. Even if we do not have much material. This you know, sign, if your life is already happy ..?

1.When you can learn new things every day

Conscious or not, many new things that you learn every day. You may often not realize it because they judge them as routines or obligations that should be done. The new things you unwittingly learn slowly make you a stronger and happier human being. Perhaps the new thing is something you've been immersed for so long. Something that you really want to do, but never succeeded because of your busy life. Starting from pengen up the mountain, can swim, learn Javanese dance, or just be able to give up someone you really love.

2.When You Dare To Explore The New World Alone

When you just armed with a map to find a dream beach, you learn a lot of things to get there. Choosing a vehicle, a place to stay, until what supplies should be taken you have decided yourself.
You will feel satisfaction, happiness, and pride in yourself when you reach the destination. Unconsciously, you've learned to be a mature person. You can think logically, be cautious, independent, and courageous to make decisions.

3.When You Ever Spend Time With Nature

Many people do not realize how this simple thing can greatly affect human happiness. Enjoying rain, sunrise, sunset, or dusk make your life happier and more vibrant.
Nature is the symbol of life. Makes you forget the stresses and worries in uncertain lives. With nature, you will briefly enjoy life itself in peace.

4.When You Can Love And Proud Of Your Own Body.

Have you ever felt imperfect because your body is far from supermodel criteria? Of course legitimate feel your body is not perfect. But, this feeling should not make you self-conscious or self-cursing. Instead, you just have to love your body more. Already a gift from God, can be treated as well as possible.
Sports, eating fruits and vegetables, or just taking care of yourself to the salon is important. These are ways to appreciate and love your own body. Things that make you feel more fresh, beautiful, and vibrant. You too will easily feel very happy because it can take care of your body.

5.When You Are Aware If Learning Cooking Is Fun.

Self-cooked food tends to be better and healthier. Unfortunately, work may not allow you to touch the kitchen every day. Take it easy, you still have time when weekends to gradually train your sensitivity to taste.
Cooking makes you learn to be a more sensitive person, although cooking may not be considered a cool and worthy excess. Cooking is a pleasure that is more often underestimated. In fact, this trivial thing is a sign of true happiness

6.When You Succeed Beat Fear.

Beating fear may not sound like a fun thing. But, when it can conquer fear, you will slowly enjoy your own fears. There are times when you feel unbelieving that you are so great because you have overcome your fear.
Are you afraid to surf, bungee jumping, or rock climbing? Try the things that make you afraid and feel the sensation of finding new happiness in your life.
