The Hickory Tussock Caterpillar
this is a white, gray-haired caterpillar with its black spots on the sides and black bundles along the middle of its back. Its two long, very sharp feathers, the thin black color that protrudes in front and behind which are connected to this poisonous worm gland. if Poisoning occurs when it comes to contact with hair or prick and may cause skin rashes or hypersensitivity. Hickory Tussock Caterpillars are usually seen from June to September and can be found in southern Canada and North America. If this caterpillar eats for almost eight weeks on hickory, this caterpillar if we meet in candlenut and walnut trees next to the elm, oak and willow trees.
