Easy vegan pancakes
1 cup versatile flour (or light spiked flour or versatile flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar (you can add more or less depending on the toppings you use)
1 cup of soy milk
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp liquid oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Start by mixing apple cider vinegar into milk. Opt out. In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Add a mixture of milk, oil, and vanilla. Combine to merge. Bake the pancakes over medium / high heat until golden brown.
