Lately, I have been using the eSteem app for ios a lot and I have to say I love it! So if you are on the go and don't have access to your laptop this is the perfect way to get on Steemit and have all the great features and some. Adding images is a piece of cake, you can schedule posts to got out when you are not around or when you are sleeping. You can do transfers your feed and all of your blogs are at all right there in a nice interface but my favorite feature is the voting slide bar because you can adjust your voting power instead of having to wait until you have reached about 500Sp. eSteem makes everything so easy and @good-karma is constantly working hard to update and add new features. He is also one of the top witness' on Steemit so that alone tells you how hard he is working. So a big thank you to good-karma.

It is a really nice app and I am a real fan of it. I use it sometimes, when I feel the steemitaddiction and I am not able to stay on the notebook. ;)
But: it crashes a lot. I am using android and especially brwosing through the feed is sometimes very slow or it crashes. But I hope this will be solved soon. :)
@road2wisdom - I was just thinking about you, and marveling at your success on tha Steemit! At what point do we surpass minnow-hood and become a full fledged dolphin and have you achieved this? I cannot seem to locate status of others in terms of that. Congrats again and have a great one !

Thank you for the kind words @lanceman its hard but I want to keep posting even on these down times that people are saying we are having because others did it before us. About a year ago when steem was down. I feel it's important to keep on moving forward. As for the minnow-hmm I think once I buy or achieve 10k sp I will jump into the dolphin category! You are doing well yourself @lanceman keep up the great work and we will talk soon :)
I do not have good experience with the eSteem App lately, especially the last update was terrible for my experience.
but you made some good points, the slider for example! But who wants to slide a 0.01$ vote? :-D with voting power below 50¿!? :-D
Anyways if you author a post in eSteem App they will take 5% of your rewards if I remember correctly.
And the app is not very stable, but I used it for a long time when I just arrived at steemit.. Now I'm using the mobile browser version..

I have to say, I just downloaded the eSteem app and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it is! @good-karma has been doing a great job with this app.

same thing to me.. it always ask me to login after closing it for a moment
I am always logged in I am using 1.4.7 with no problems on an iPhone 6s plus and a 7 plus. never had an issue uninstall it and reinstall maybe that would work.

I like the App, too, but I noticed my data use went way up when I leave it running. I use the web interface on my phone again. (Android)

Great app indeed! But the 5% it keeps from the rewards i dont remeber reading about it anywhere when i installed it ! im using it only for monitoring purposes

I've never tried to log in on my phone because of the long blockchain password I would have to type in. Is there an easier way to do this, or do you really just have to slog through it the hard way?
