The problem that often happens is, the spirit of writing is often up and down, this is common in the world of writing, especially for those of you who have not enjoyed writing. most people usually get so excited when they start at something. But over time, slowly the motivation of writing it increasingly increasingly increasingly faded.
Well, To overcome this problem you are experiencing, I will share tips or a motivation, so you can overcome it and get the solution of your writing spirit up and down it.
The first is, Remember back your writing goals.
You need to know what your goal is to write? Try to calm yourself. Refer back to your purpose for doing so. What do you want to tell in an article that you will make? Is it for self-expression? Is it to support the family? or any other purpose? Or what ?, certainly writing it has so many goals. It is these goals that will encourage you to stay strong in the spirit of writing.
The second is, Eliminate Stress in your mind.
When your spirits are down, you may be under stress. maybe environmental stress is coming to you. And that is very influential on your physical and mental condition. then all you have to do is Eliminate your strees by refreshing short, or looking at the outside. then you can calmly focus on the purpose or essence of your writing.

The third is, Refresh yourself.
There are times when we feel saturated routine as usual. It may be that during the course of time we undergo the same routine every day, from waking up to sleep again. It seems to live like a robot, who has no desire and just does it-that's all.

Forget your routine for a moment. Take time for yourself to do what you love, walk or watch or whatever makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.
