How to Make a Wet Aceh Noodle
Material:
250 gr wheat flour
35 gr tapioca flour
2 chicken eggs
1 teaspoon chicken broth powder
3 tbsp onion oil
1 tsp fine salt
40 ml of water
How to make:
Prepare a noodle stirring machine. Enter the flour and tapioca flour. the automatic machine will stir the material, until the mortar becomes flat.
Then put eggs and onion oil. Go into the noodle stirrer machine until everything is well blended. Knead until the dough begins to dull.
Enter the water and chicken stock powder while continuing to diuleni. The dough continues to knead until it is completely dull and evenly distributed.
Allow the dough for up to 20 minutes. Cover the dough container with plastic so that no air enters the dough.
Place the dough in a flat place, then flatten it with the wood of the dough grinder. Flatten the dough gradually while sprinkled with flour so as not to stick.
Flatten the dough until the desired thickness is obtained.
