Here Is what you need......

  • one propane gas smoker
  • one beef brisket
  • one Boston but
  • 12 bratwurst
  • Bad Bryans butt rub.
  • time

Rub the brisket and Boston but down with Butt Rub
Smoke for 6 hours at the recommend temperature. This will depend on your smoker.

Add bratwurst after 4 hours.

Then enjoy.

Bad Byrons butt rub is the secret ingredient. This stuff is amazing.
