This tree has a tree trunk of approximately 15 cm with a height of approximately 14 m. The root rod of the karak looks white and gummy to the touch. Usually, this tree is planted on a plateau that has a height of 1700 m whether it is in the hillsides or near the river.
Root karak trees are now spread to several neighboring countries, such as Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Myanmar. In addition, this endangered tree is also being cultivated on the islands of Borneo and Sumatra.
