I just listened to a great song from one of Nigeria's artist called Patoranking titled "HEAL THE WORLD". I felt so emotional whenever I listen to that song. It's one of my best song so far because there's lot of in dept wisdom to derive from it. I almost cried the first day I heard the song. With a beautiful lyrics and well blended with good musical sounds.
He talks about the crazy world, how bad things have gone by. The maltreatment, the killings, the chaos around the world. The looting from government officials, the endless experiences of bad government especially in Africa. How, public funds re spent by just fear greedy individuals, how people want to kill just to gain power into political offices.
This song from Patoranking is heavily loaded. It was only back in those days we enjoy musicians who were mostly singing as activist with their great lyrical in dept. I could remember the likes of Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Bob Marley, Lucky Dube, Ras kimono etc. These musicians put government and nations on their toes to do what's right. I'm so proud of them all!

Another touching part of this great song was the second stanza, where it talks about the predicament of a family. How terrible the lives of the poor re and what people suffer just because they don't have enough money in their pocket, clustered with bad leadership makes life so hopeless to the less privilege.

In conclusion, this great song teaches us to heal the world and the only way we can heal the world is through LOVE. Love they said is the greatest weapon to live together with people around the world. Love does not hurt, does not hate, does not loot, does not cheat, does not kill, love does not underrate others. Love brings people to accomplish goals. Spread the LOVE and HEAL the world.
