Rujak merupakan makanan tradisional yang biasanya terbuat dari campuran berbagai macam sayuran atau buah dan dibubuhi bumbu atau kuah.
Rujak mempunyai cita rasa pedas, rujak banyak di gemari oleh kaum hawa (biasanya suka ngidem).
