Cow Oxtail Recipe
Ingredients of Oxtail Ox
Oxtail (cut to taste), 1 kg
Clean water, 2 liters
Oil (for sauteing), 2 tbsp
Potatoes (small pieces or dice), 3 pieces
Carrots (peeled, cut ½ cm), 4 pieces
Bumbu Sop Buntut Sapi Cow
Pepper powder, 1 tsp
Nutmeg (crushed), 1 grain
Garlic (crushed), 6 cloves
Cloves, 5 pieces
Sugar according to taste
Salt the kitchen to taste
Red tomatoes (cut into pieces), 1 fruit
Cinnamon, 2 cm
Flavoring (flavored cow)
Supplementary Material of Oxtail Ox
Fried onion (for sprinkling) to taste
Celery leaves (thinly sliced), 1 stalk
Leaves onion (use white, thinly sliced), 2 bars
Sambal sufficiently
Lime juice to taste
Crackers to taste
How to Make Oxtail Ox
First the tail of the cow (tail) cleaned, then boiled up to 15 minutes and then waste water remaining decoction.
Boil back the tail in another pot of boiling water with extra spices such as cloves and cinnamon, stir evenly and cook until the water is reduced to 1.5 liters then put out the fire and let it cool.
In the meantime, prepare spices such as garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper, then stir-fry until the aroma is smelled. Lift.
After the cold, reheat the tail until the water is boiling with additional stirring spices smooth, stir until well blended. Then add it back with carrot and potato slices, cook until it feels soft and ripe.
Next add back the dish with seasonings such as salt, flavored cow and sugar taste to taste, mix well and then lift.
Pour the oxtail soup into a serving bowl with additional fried onions, spring onions, celery and tomatoes.
Then serve while it's warm ..
