When people ask about benefits and goals, I just think about beauty and peace. Just because you can not run does not mean you can not reach the destination. Live not just stay in place. move along a stream that will lead you where you should get a wider experience and discover what you really want. The most beautiful is not necessarily the best, but the best will be beautiful in time.
