You started out at 25, so yours is growing nicely! It gets bigger when you post and when people upvote your post. The bigger that number is, the more Steem you have, and the more your vote will be worth. Make lots of friends by making comments on posts that you like...don't worry about voting. Comments are more important, in my opinion. You are doing great!
