Howdy Janton! I am glad you like the name and the photos. The park was named after the late Second World War veteran. Anyway, I have seen winter photos of the water front with people walking. I guess people with dogs or just those who like to go for walk go there even at wintertime. There are rich houses nearby, so maybe the residents from there. That would be interesting to see the stark difference but it might be super cold with the wind sweeping across the water.
