Apparently, as a job seeker, you have met with so many people, you are willing to meet with a lot, and in the future after you have been hired, or still a seeker, thier are still lots more you will meet.

Yeah! These people work hand-in-hand. You don't know, now I'm telling you the trick.
They will discuss about those seekers; they chose together, and In the end pick out the favorite(s)

These are the things they’re going to compare notes on:

1. The stories you shared

2. The answers you gave

3. Examples you sighted

4. The " Appreciation” messages you sent to them either by social media or emails

5. How many companies you have had a tour while searching for jobs, and

6. Specific numbers and all details you provided, and much more...

So, if you really wish to get hired, one of the things you need is to be SUPER CONSISTENT....

If they compare notes and discovered that you said different things to different recruiters, then you are gradually taking away your CREDIBILITY, or let's say your PERSONALITY is gone.

I won't say the job is not yours, this is because MERCY exists.... but I think mostly, people with lost credibility and personality are been deprived.

Even if you were the most experienced among all seekers, or the most exciting, you might not be offered the job.

Severally, I’ve seen it as a hinderance, to so many recruiters dream, and I've also fell a victim too; which cost me jobs when I started my career.

Just make sure you keep this in mind. And never neglect my posts about job search.
