Hello all! I am on steemit a year. It was different, sometimes it was worse. I met great people and steemit became my number one in social media. I appreciate your every comment and every support. Two days ago I came up with the idea to get integrated with my followers. I have 1063 followers. I would say great, but unfortunately the truth is bad. After sending the message "Hi, you are my active observers. Can I help you?" Only 25 people wrote to me. 90% of my followers are inactive or bots. Observers have a different power from 50 SP to 50,000 SP. They were a bit surprised. Their answers were also different. "Yes but how?", "Thank you so much", "Help you", "comment my last post" I was wondering how to help them - I have only 800 SP and 200 SP delegated but no robes decorate a man but what he do. I wants to come to each person individually. There are new people who have started to observe me and do not see what they can do or write. For example, take legal photos. I could promote my older people in my posts and regularly give them support and comments. I also would like to learn something from experienced followers. Maybe it's crazy, maybe funny and weird, but I feel it and I will. For me is a small experiment. I want to have active comments under my posts. No matter what it will be "Have a nice day", "Great recipe", "You're crazy, greetings" If you are not on the list, it means that we have a good relationship and you look at me sometimes If you have ideas, write in a comment.

Trzeba było napisać po Polsku to bym odpisał a tak to pomyślałem że jaja sobie robisz.

I to, have been thinking about my followers. The ratio of observers to commenters is becoming more interesting to me.
Comments on posts determine the health and vitality of a community. People who comment are invested in each other. Every time someone comments they are being REAL so, in my opinion, engagement and connection are pretty important!
Seeing as the crypto markets have just finished bottoming out (after an all time high bull run in Bitcoin) this is sort of like the day after a WILD to the moon 🌚 crypto party!
Personally I think it’s great to have a reduction in all the noise! I get to find out who’s here to actually be a REAL part of the community and who’s here just to have transactional conversations. We get to see who, of our followers, are here because they actually want to be here!
The other added benefit with “crypto winter” ❄️, as some are calling it, is that all the real projects are left standing and the projects with no fundamental base are washed out to sea.
Low prices are a blessing as long as we are able to gain the attention of the right sort of users... users who buy in because they really want to participate in this community! Steemians such as yourself! 🙂

So I missed you. Yeah..more followers seemed inactive and didn't commented us. It's bad. Don't worry bro, you will get massive help from community in future.I'll try to connect with you next time.

Yep sometimes I looked bad activities of them. After long time I upvoted them. Some peoples made non important videos on Dtube and sadness news was they fortunate to got reward. But perfect once didn't got upvote. But some limited peoples got rewards from Dtube daily basis. They never try to encourage their High valuable supporters.

But already as i told you that due to office i only get around 2 hours maximum free time that's why not have much time to spend on Steem Blockchain and that's why my account is small and less active in Steem. Hi, no problem whatsoever for me, I always look at all my comments or replies to answer them, unfortunately not everyone does it, but thanks for being active ! Too many steemians on here are not like that. I always like answering everything and commenting anything I can. This is a social media after all. We should all take some time to interact with followers :D
