This soup in which usually add veal, and the chicken is added rice noodles. The particularity of this soup is that its aroma is simply stunning and for the broth.
- White onion 20 gr
- Ginger 100 g
- Anise (baden) 20 gr
- Carnation 25 gr
- Cinnamon 10 gr
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce 49 gr
- Sugar 10 gr
- Rice noodles 80 g
- Beef tenderloin 50 g
- Green onions to taste
- Mint 10 gr
- Green basil 19 gr
- Chili pepper to taste
- Lime 10 gr
- Bean sprouts 10 gr
Take all the ingredients except beef and noodles. Take 400 ml of water and add everything there ingredients allow to boil and reduce to a small fire and cook it all for another 30 minutes.
