Bahan :
- 1/2kg cumi segar
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 3 siung bawang merah
- 8 cabe merah keriting
- 2 potong tahu putih, potong kecil2 lalu goreng
- 1 batang daun bawang
- Kecap dan saos sambal secukupnya
- Garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
- Air secukupnya
- Minyak untuk menumis
Cara Memasak :
- Bersihkan cumi,potong kecil2,lalu rebus sampai matang
- Tumis bawang putih,bawang merah dan cabe hingga harum
- Setelah itu masukka cumi dan tambahkan air secukupnya
- Tambahkan kecap,saos sambal,garam dan penyedap rasa
- Masukkan tahu yg telah di goreng sebelumnya
- Tambahkan irisan daun bawang tunggu hingga kuah mengental dan kering
- Cumi pedas manis siap disajikan.
