Ingredients
Wet yellow noodles, brewed with warm water, drained - 250 grams
Chicken breast meat / fry - 150 grams
Green mustard, cut into pieces - 100 grams
Harsh iris - 200 grams
Red tomatoes, cut into pieces - 1 piece
Chicken broth - 800 ml
Chicken egg - 2 eggs
Celery leaves, sliced - 1 stalk
Leaves onion, sliced - 2 sticks
Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - to taste
Oil for sauteing - 4 tbsp
Ground spices:
Shallots - 6 cloves
Garlic - 3 cloves
Pecan - 3 eggs
Pepper granules - 1 tsp
Complementary:
Fried onion - to taste
Pickled cayenne pepper - to taste
Step
Heat oil in frying pan, saute spices finely until fragrant and cooked.
Enter one-third of broth, bring to the boil, Add cabbage, mustard greens, tomatoes, stir in half-wilted, set aside on the edge of the frying pan. Enter the eggs, stirring until they are rolled.
Pour the remaining stock, put the noodles, sweet soy sauce, salt sugar, then stir until evenly distributed.
