This afternoon I want to share about a perfect Four healthy five meals.
What is called the perfect 4 healthy diet is a complete food menu and contains the nutrients needed by the body such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Each of these nutrients is contained in a variety of different foods. Therefore, the food menu must be diverse, so that the nutritional needs in the need by the body is met.
Food Four Healthy Five Perfect is composed of various elements of food that people usually eat every day that is like the picture below.
