Short note but really important achievement for eSteem. We are happy to announce that our Steem blockchain client eSteem Surfer has been added to Electron App list!
Check the page with eSteem Surfer at Electronjs. We are building this application using Electron framework which is quite popular and used by many big projects (Slack, Discord, Exodus, Jaxx, etc.).
If you can build a website, you can build a desktop app. Electron is a framework for creating native applications with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. It takes care of the hard parts so you can focus on the core of your application.

Telegram isnt using electron, but Qt and I'm very happy about that. I really don't like electron.
