RE: Monochrome Monday in Central Park

in #esteem5 years ago

The Bethesda Terrace is absolutely stunning and I can attest to the fact that I've never captured it quite this way. You have a way of making Interiors pop and really capture my attention. The angel he's always one of my favorites, perhaps because she's an angel and perhaps just because she's beautiful.

And might I say that while the bridge is one of the most photographed pieces in Central Park, not everybody can make it look quite as beautiful in that reflective moment that you used.

Have an amazing monochrome Monday!

Thanks for your visit and just trying to contain my head from swelling with such kind comments :)

I hope your day is starting well,I was planning to take it easy step wise today but that had gone out the window LOL

Hahaha! Even when you have to drag that half-dead body across the walk, you still go! :)

You cannot fool me!

LOL Maybe but I am actually trying to keep my step count between 7 and 10 K at the moment as the Vascular Doctor said to try taking it a little easy for a little while or till y next check in 3 months, but I dont really think I am over doing it i am now power walking or anything Just taking casual strolls inthe morning and then today I ended up have to go to three different buildings so far

My best suggestion to you is it do less steps at the beginning of your day, so you keep Within reason of his suggestion. You might be putting too much stress on your vascular system.

I did try that today only did a little loop this morning about 5K before getting to the office :)

He said what I am doing is probably fine but not to feel the need to push myself, or this how I am interpreting what he said to justify waking which I like to do LOL

He said sometimes scarring comes and goes and thats what I am hoping for, and its not blocking’s much at the moment which is also shown but he fact I dont get the pains I did when walking when they first discovered the blockages starting

That is good then, but, keep in mind they have now lowered the standard of 10,000 steps as the golden rule. I am sure you have seen different articles on this.

Yes I have read a few the consensus seems to be between 5 and 7.5 K from what I have seen, and thats the goal I m setting myself to try for, but you know me I cannot sit for long and love walking whenI need to think so its a challenge LOL
