Bahan-bahan
125 gr tepung beras
100 gr terigu
130 gr gula merah
50 gr gula pasir
200 ml air
1 lembar daun pandan
1/4 sdt garam
Langkah
Rebus gula merah, gula pasir, air, daun pandan dan garam hingga larut lalu saring. Biarkan sampe hangat.
Campurkan tepung beras dan tepung terigu dalam wadah. Masukkan larutan gula yg telah disaring. Aduk hingga rata menggunakan whisk lalu mikser dengan speed rendah selama 5 menit.
Istirahatkan adonan selama 15 menit. Aduk kembali menggunakan whisk. Kalau adonan terlalu kental bs ditambah sedikit air agar konsistensi adonan pas (pas dalam artian tidak encer dan tidak kental). Panaskan secukupnya minyak goreng dalam wajan cekung. Aduk kembali adonan menggunakan whisk sebelum menggoreng.
Tuang satu sendok sayur kedalam minyak yg sudah panas. Siram siram atasnya. Tusuk dengan lidi tengahnya. Apabila sudah tidak ada adonan yg keluar tandanya cucur sudah matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
