Last year, Google launched 'Instant Apps' which is a way for developers to let users play apps without having to download and install on smartphones. Now, Google announces it has expanded the feature for the game or game category in the Google Play Store.

Thanks to a feature called Google Play Instant you can try playing some games that already support Instant Apps without the need to download and install.

Currently only available for a number of games, such as playing one or two levels of Clash Royale, Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire, Solitaire, Words With Friends, Bubble Witch 3 Saga and Mighty Battles.

How to try it, you just open the Google Play Store, find a game that supports this feature, and hit the "Try it now" or "Try Now." The game view will appear instantly without you having to download and install it. Keep in mind that this feature requires an internet connection.

After testing the game in the early stages or in the initial level, and really want to install it, then you just click the "Install Now." Or if you want to leave it, just press the "Back."

Reported by Tech Crunch, Google Play product managers, Jonathan Karmel and Benjamin Frenkel, notify that to improve the quality of game graphics in Instant Apps, the Instant Apps developer team increases the maximum file size from 2 MB to 10 MB. This is different from Instant Apps to try the app.

"Actually it was not a surprise, considering the game requires more graphic assets than regular apps," he said.

They also revealed that Google is developing the latest design for the Play Store to display columns or katerogi of Instant Apps game collections.

For now, this project is still in beta stage, most likely Google has planned to more developers by the end of this year.
