Main ingredients
5 skipjack tails are medium size
charcoal or burnt place
right amount of oil
Ground spices:
1 segment of ginger
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander
2 candlenuts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE FUEL FUELS
Clean the skipjack till clean then give a right-left incision.
Blend the spices and mix all the seasonings into a stir until blended and then enter the skipjack and soak for approximately 15 minutes so that the seasoning permeates.
Prepare the burnt place and then burn the skipjack over the coals while occasionally smeared with cooking oil and the remaining marinade.
Burn until cooked and do not forget to turn it over so the fish is cooked perfectly.
Remove and serve skipjack fish while warm with sambal and lalapan.
