Main ingredients
600 grams of chicken wings, discard the tip
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of fine salt
teaspoon pepper powder
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce
5 tablespoons of honey
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolve it with a little water
the oil for frying
1 tablespoon of butter
HOW TO MAKE THE CHICKEN WINGS SOUTH EGGS:
Soak chicken wings in a mixture of lime juice, salt and pepper until 30 minutes while kneading for spices to soak. Drain then fry chicken wings in hot oil until cooked, set aside.
Heat the butter, saute the garlic and onions until fragrant. Pour tomato sauce, barbeque sauce, honey and water. Cook until boiling then pour the cornstarch solution. Stir and cook until the gravy thickens. Lift and enter the chicken fried wings, mix well and ready to serve.
