Bahan-bahan:
- 1 kg jagung manis
- 1 liter santan
- 4 ruas jari kayu manis
- 4 lembar daun pandan
- 1 sdt garam
- 150 gram gula pasir (sesuai selera)
- 4 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan air
Cara membuat bubur jagung :
Butiran jagung diserut atau dipipil atau pake alat khusus lalu sebagiannya diblender bersama santan secukupnya.
Siapkan panci, masukkan adonan jagung yang sudah diblender bersama sisa santan.
Tambahkan daun pandan, kayu manis, garam dan gula pasir.
Didihkan di atas api sedang sambil diaduk terus.
Terakhir masukkan larutan tepung maizena sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih dan matang.
Angkat dan bubur jagung siap untuk disajikan
