When I feel I begin to get stressed, I manage a calm time, you could call it meditation, in that I center myself back to what are my true desires in this moment....and my desires are never to feel stress and uncomfortable, so I know immediately that I want to feel good and peaceful...For that I know that I just focus on pleasant thoughts (and I have always pleasant thoughts prepared in advance...LoL) and I focus enough time so that it attracts some other pleasant thoughts, and another, and in a few minutes, I manage to align myself ...
well these are years of practicing, I'm not telling you it has always been like that, oh hell not ! but like drawing is practice, or like anything comes with practice, managing the stress is also faster with practice, and the great secret is to be vigilant and no let stress being so big that it's overwhelming...much easier to take it when it is just a little annoyance, indeed ! 😉
