Untuk menempuh ketempat ini tidaklah sulit anda bisa menggunakan berbagai jenis kendaraan karna jalannya sudah teraspal. Dan tempat ini tidaklah jauh dari permukiman desa memang untuk menempuh ketempat ini anda harus menempuh perjalanan sekitar 20 menit dari kedai Buloh Aceh Utara.
Di dalam perjalanan anda juga bisa merasakan keindahan hutan yang ada dipinggir jalan terutama anda bisa melihat tanaman sawit yang sangat luas, dan anda juga bisa merasakan udara seperti udara pengunungan didalam perjalanan. sesampainya di tempat anda langsung bisa memarkir kendaraan anda dengan harga tiket Rp. 5.000/motor, jika anda pergi menggunakan mobil maka anda dikenakan parkir sebesar Rp. 10.000/mobil. Dan dilanjutkan dengan harga tiket masuk sebesar Rp. 2.500/orang.
Untuk menempuh ke pinggir air Terjun Blang Kolam anda harus membutuhkan stamina yang prima kenapa demikian karena anda harus menurun tangga sebanyak 500 tangga kurang lebih, ini memang hal yang sangat-sangat melelahhkan bukan, akan tetapi kelelahan anda akan terbayar jika sudah sampai di pinggir Air Terjun tersebut, sesampainya di pinggir Air terjun anda juga bisa langsung menikmati berbagai macam kenikmatan yang bisa anda rasakan seperti berenang, memancing, dokumentasi dan lain sebagainya.
