Butter sponge

Since it is raining and at home there are no snacks ,, I make sponge with makeshift ingredients and eventually it becomes perfunctory butter sponge too

Go directly to the ingredients:

1. 100 grm butter
2. 20 grm sugar
3. sp 1 teaspoon
4. 1/4 eggs
5. small glass of flour
6. Sweetened condensed milk
   
   

The method is to add the egg, sugar, sp mixer until thick, then trace the milk and flour, before preparing the grill and spread the baking pan with butter and flour so that when it is removed later the dough will not stick, after the dough is finished add the melted butter which has been melted and stir before until smooth after that put in a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes then remove from heat and serve while warm

It's very easy to make and very quick to finish, because it's really delicious, the kids really like it and it just cooks and there isn't an hour when the sponge is finished eating😋
