Crabs are animals that can be found in the sea or freshwater waters. In many countries crabs become one of the most popular foods because besides delicious also provides many benefits for health. Crabs can be cooked in a variety of ways including made curry, steamed, boiled, roasted or fried. Crab meat has many benefits from the presence of omega-3 fatty acids in it. Omega-3 is a polyunsaturated fat which is a healthy fat. In fact, studies show that eating foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids can increase good cholesterol (HDL) and reduce bad cholesterol (LDL).

There are lots the sea can offer us such as crabs. Are those cultured? Where do you get your source of crabs? Personally I don't eat crabs or shrimps. I prefer fish. In one of our visits in one of the beaches here in the Philippines, my friends enjoyed the crab that was served as one of the meals but still I did not touch it.
