Premature aging is a term given when a person appears older than the age should be. This older look is usually characterized by the appearance of wrinkles, reduced skin elasticity, dull, rough, and so forth.
Among the habits or lifestyle that has been proven to cause premature aging are:
Often exposed to unprotected sunlight. This is because ultraviolet rays emitted by the sun can damage skin tissue. So if you must be exposed to the sun, you should use sunscreen with a minimum SPF level of 15.
Smoke. Smoking both active and passive causes a person exposed by toxic substances, exposed to free radicals, and make the face tints become dull.
Consumption of alcohol. Alcohol also makes the emergence of free radicals, while lowering levels of vitamins A, B3, and C in the tubh that serves to regenerate new cells.
Bad diet. Among them are the consumption of foods that are a lot of trans fats, refined carbohydrates such as bread or pasta, and sweet foods.
Lack of sleep. Lack of sleep, especially sleep at night, can affect one's appearance and mood to make it less fresh.
Regarding your question, so far there is no research that mentions specifically about the effect of wheat flour to premature aging as long as it is consumed fairly. However, if it is consumed in excess, regardless of whether it can affect or not with premature aging, will certainly have adverse effects on the body.
So make your advice for you, do a healthy lifestyle with enough sleep, multiply the consumption of water, fruits and vegetables, avoid fatty foods or junk food, exercise regularly, avoid cigarettes and stress, and consult your skin problems with a dermatologist or a beauty clinic .
