Frambosia or Frambos or anyone who knows him with Raspberry is a fruit that is rare in Indonesia, and rarely consumed by the people of Indonesia, maybe someone has ever drank Frambosia syrup?

Frambosia - Rasberry is an edible fruit of many species of plants in the genus Rubus, most of which are in Idaeobatus subgenus, the name also applies to this plant itself. The name was originally called the European species Rubus idaeus (with red fruit), and is still used as the name of the English standard.

The seeds are rather toxic, contain small amounts of amygdalin, a cyanogen glycoside, but are usually not dangerous enough for humans.
Raspberries contain large amounts of antioxidants such as anthocyanin pigments associated with potential health protection against several human diseases. The aggregate fruit structure contributes to nutritional value, such as increasing the proportion of dietary fiber, placing it among plant foods with the highest fiber content, up to 20% fiber per total weight. Raspberry is a rich source of vitamin C, with 30 mg per 1 cup serving (daily value of around 50%), manganese (daily value of around 60%) and fiber (30% daily value). Fill vitamins, 1-3 B folic acid, magnesium, copper and iron are quite large in raspberries.
Raspberries rank at the top of all fruits for antioxidant strength, especially because they are dense ellagic acid (from ellagotannins), quercetin, gallic acid, anthocyanins, cyanidins, pelargonidins, catechins, kaempferol and salicylic acid.
