Rujak terdiri dari beberapa buah-buah segar seperti pepaya muda, kedondong, mangga muda, jambu air, bengkoang dan nanas yang dipadukan dengan bumbu gula merah serta kacang tanah yang akan sangat segar dinikmati di kala panas terik.
Berikut ini cara membuat rujak:

BAHAN
50 gr kacang tanah (sekitar 1 genggam), sangrai
250 gr gula jawa
3 sdm gula pasir
10 buah cabai rawit (sesuai selera)
1/2 sdt garam
2 biji asam jawa
100 ml air panas

CARA MEMBUAT
blender kacang tanah sangrai, tidak perlu terlalu halus.
Blender cabai rawit, asam jawa dan gula jawa hingga halus, tuang air panas sedikit demi sedikit hingga bumbu kental.

Masukkan bumbu ke dalam panci, panaskan hingga mendidih. Masukkan kacang tanah, aduk rata.
Masak hingga bumbu mengental dan rasanya sudah pas.

jadi rujak manis siap dihidangkan.

100 ml of hot water

HOW TO MAKE
roasted peanut blender, not necessarily too smooth.
Blend cayenne pepper, tamarind and java sugar until smooth, pour hot water little by little until thick condiment.

Add the spices to the pan, heat to boiling. Add peanuts, mix well.
Cook until the condiment thickens and it feels right.
