Pikiran blank dan tidak bisa berpikir bebas jika kita ada masalah, adalah hal yang biasa dialami oleh kita sebagai manusia,dan itu normal.. Nah, jika mengalami hal-hal tersebut, cobalah melamun, karena melamun ternyata akan melepaskan beban pikiran secara bertahap, sehingga dari yang semula panas secara berangsur akan menjadi lebih dingin dan segar kembali.
Namun harus di ingat, jika terlalu lama,pikiran juga menjadi dingin dalam waktu yang lama, sehingga akan sedikit melambat dalam merespon masalah, karena harus menunggu proses
pemanasan dulu...
