Introduction
In this series of posts, We will present current feature set that eSteem is offering. And details and usage of presented features. Each post will include gif animation and its explanation to guide reader through the process of using it. Note that these features are being improved constantly, you might notice some changes/addition in future releases.
What's eSteem
For those who find eSteem related post first time and don't know what eSteem is: It is mobile and desktop application for Steem! eSteem is offering some of the unique features (Bookmarking, Post Drafts, Image upload/capture, Personal Gallery, Notifications, many more) for mobile users! Evolution of eSteem desktop app is under development.
eSteem supports multi-currency where you can see post rewards in any currency you like (BTC, USD, EUR, RUB, GBP, JPY, KRW, INR, CNY etc.), multi-language (35+) where you can use app in any language you are familiar with, multi-account where you can add more than one account and easily change between accounts, multi-chain where you can use both Steem and Golos chains, multi-notifications where you can get notification for your multiple accounts for following activities Vote, Follow, Unfollow, Mention, Comment, Reblog, Scheduled post publish, etc!

Details
Animation #1 - Logging in Advanced mode allows you to easily log in using QR code of Private Posting and/or Private Active key. You can find QR code in your wallet on Steemit for quick access. Read more about details on this steemit easy login with QR code guide.
Animation #2 - Shows how to add multiple accounts using secret/extra menu. Add account gives you possibility to use multiple account and easily switch between accounts! You can vote, comment, post and even change settings and notifications for each account. To access secret menu you will have to open menu on the top left corner and press on the bottom lane of your background (where the little triangle arrow is). When you enable notification for each account you will start to receive respective notifications and can easily change account to stay in touch with your followers.

Brilliant!!! I already recommended some of my friends to use esteem, whom I asked to join steemit a couple weeks ago. I am a proud owner of a $30 smart phone so i don't dare using esteem yet. But eventually I will switch once I buy a decent phone I guess. Thank you for the constant effort and will spread the word. Cheers!!!!
Been using esteem for almost a month now, I find it very hand to check on replies and my wallet while I'm on the go.
It's almost one month that I'm using eSteem on iPhone and it changed my life as Steemit did, it's a great app indeed, almost perfect. I just would like to be notified with sounds that I can personalize.

About notifications: I think you can personalize your phone notification sounds that should change it for eSteem as well, because eSteem uses system defined notification sound by default.
exactly, I would like if eSteem does not use the defined notification sound, in order to distinguish the eSteem notifications from the other notifications or the sms.

Out of interest, do many people use multiple accounts? Isn't it difficult to make more than one without getting flagged as spam? Speaking as someone who tried to make a second but it didn't get verified! Thanks for the update!
Once we make registration scalable I believe more people will have multiple accounts, just like on other social media sites, personal, business, community type of accounts. Spamming is different issue. As for usage, many people have 2 accounts one for themselves one for family members or perhaps one for their brand/business...
I like these new features in the app, it getting better
awesome! But some bug i wanna report to you! When using the esteem app on iphone6. It always cannot roll up or roll down. Its a trouble to reboot the app. Hope you can improve the app!;)
The app is amazing. I am still enjoying the upvotes feature and its lovely to see more features being added. The eSteem app is constantly increasing posts which is really amazing to see ♡
I just downloaded esteem onto my android phone and im posting this as a test. So far everything seems to be working ok, except my phone is old and i need a new phone.

This post is very useful for me because I always use mobile device to use steemit and esteem provides a good platform for me to use steemit more efficiency and I think this application is really user friendly and I could frequently use this application to post, upvote and comment.

today i tried this app ,looks good ,need little bit time to understand all things . but i couldnt upload photo there, dont know why
To upload pictures you might need to mess with some app permisions. Try doing it manualy. If you don't know how and if you use an android phone. Please let me know. I'll try my best to help you.

Ok! But first, which android version are you using?
Usually, you go to settings/applications/application manager. Find esteem, press on it and then you should see two buttons on top: uninstall and force stop. Well dont mind those. Below them there is information: storage, notifications and permissions. You press on permissions and allow everything.

is it really the official app of steem, we need to use our password of steem there ?
If you are that scared you can just use the private posting key :)
what is private posting key ? where I find it ? in steemit or in the app ?

Then you click show private key.
If you use the private posting key nothing can happened to your wallet or money. Posting key is really for that.. posting and upvoting :)

Is there a way we can get notifications for certain users posts? We all have favorite authors that we want to know as soon as they post something.
We have that on todo list 😊 will consider implementing this soon as follow user or feed notifications...

Thanks for the update @good-karma, I was wondering what the secret menu was for and specifically the Add Account, now I know.
I'm working on documenting a handful of issues on iOS right now and will post soon, the app is pretty buggy at times unfortunately. Hopefully I can help get it into better shape.
