For me it is all about conciousness living. I mean being concious about what you are consuming, you either help the body function or blocking it with junkfood, sugar, fluroide etc. I think it all comes to being concious enough to know what is good and bad for us. We have been told many lies, for example that dairy products are healthy for us. I guess this is a different subject and we can discuss it in another post :)
