The Essentia Token Generation event is around the corner, and we are thrilled to share with you a detailed guide on how to make your contribution. We insist that you go through all these points carefully to avoid any inconveniences in the future. So let’s get down to it!
The Essentia TGE will start on Monday, June 25, 2018, at 14:00 CET.
You are eligible for contributions if:
- Are Whitelisted
- Have Passed KYC/AML
- Have a Whitelisted Ethereum Address
Things to take into consideration:
- All contributions must be made in Ether (ETH) to the Essentia Token Smart Contract.
- You will be able to find the Smart Contract address ONLY in the official Members Area. It will never be published on social media or any other outlets. Please, beware of scams!
- The minimum contribution is 0.1 ETH.
- Remember that you can only contribute within the amount you specified during the KYC/AML procedures.
- The ESS tokens will be sent to your address 7 days after the TGE ends.
- A bonus reminder: if you have completed the extra tasks in the Members Area, you will get the opportunity to contribute before everybody else.
Security reasons considered, the Essentia official Telegram channel will be Read-Only during the TGE. All the answers to your questions you will find in this guide.
Those things mentioned, let’s jump to the detailed guide.
1). The first step is to log in to your account and access the Members Area at essentia.one.
Find the login button in the top right corner.
Enter your email and password to log in.
Your Members Area will look like this:
2). Press [Contribute Now]! This window will pop up. Read the information and make sure everything is correct. Then click on [Start Registration].
3). At this step make sure to read all the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Whitepaper and, if you accept them (obligatory to contribute), to tick the correspondent boxes. [Continue]!
4). After pressing that button you will receive the Smart Contract Address which you will need to send your contributions. Please, note again that this is the only way to obtain the official address. It will not be published anywhere except here. Addresses posted anywhere else are scams!
The next steps can be performed directly from the Essentia Demo or MyEtherWallet.
Essentia Demo
1). Visit the Essentia official website — essentia.one — and click on [Try Essentia].
You will land on the page where you can either login to the existing account or create a new one:
2). After logging in you will need the Essentia Wallet tab. Choose [Ethereum] among other currencies listed on top. Then click on [Send].
3). Now all you need to do is to fill in all the blank fields.
Our recommendations are as follows:
Gas price: check ETH Gas Station for the recommended gas price. Our recommendation is to put it just a little bit higher than the Fast option.
For example, if on the site the Fast Gas Price at the moment (!) is 14 — put 15/16. Check the Gas Station right before contributing; remember that it’s constantly changing.
Gas limit: the recommended amount is 250,000.
Amount to send: The minimum is 0.1 ETH. You can send any amount that fits between the stated contribution range in the KYC/AML procedure.
4). Press [Generate Transaction]!
5). As soon as you receive your tokens they will appear in your wallet alongside your other currencies and tokens!

MyEtherWallet
If you are more comfortable with using MyEtherWallet to make your contributions, the following is a guide on sending your contributions.
Open your wallet and click on [Send Ether and Tokens] button.
Then login to your wallet using the most convenient way for you.
2). Copy the Essentia Smart Contract Address from the Members Area and paste it into MyEtherWallet. Pay attention and please double check the address is correct!
3). Choose the amount of ETH you’d like to send. The minimum is 0.1 ETH.
4). Choose the Gas Limit. The recommended amount is 250,000.
5). As you know, the Gas price is a constantly changing variable. So you can always check ETH Gas Station for the recommended gas price, and set it afterward in the top right corner of the page.
REMINDER: Our recommendation is to put it just a little bit higher than the Fast option.
For example, if on the site Gas Price at the moment (!) is 14 — put 15/16. Check the Gas Station right before contributing, remember that it’s constantly changing.
6). All that is left to do is to send your transaction. Please check if all the information you’ve entered is correct, then click on [Generate Transaction].
If you see this window then it’s time to press [Send Transaction]!
7). When everything is done you will see this popup. To check the status of your transaction you can press [Verify Transaction].
When the transaction is completed you will see Success in the TxReceipt Status field.
