Does anyone have experience with this drug?

Honestly, I had never heard of it until this. I've dealt with angioedema several times but it was always treated with same old anaphylaxis style treatment.
I've even seen this happen from vitamin E oil as well. It's amazing what people will do in the name of beauty. Are you sure that pic wasn't Botox gone bad? Ha
Haha it's a mosquito bite gone bad.
There is an interesting podcast, Emcrit I think, where one of the lead researchers from the drug company talks about the drug. He states the drug doesn't work. He goes into detail about the biochem behind it and how all the textbooks are wrong. Says they have to start completely over now. The drug was developed based on a misunderstanding. Sadly, the drug company is still marketing and promoting in attempt to recoup money.
