Hello, this is eosBLACK team.
The 3rd chapter of the technical whitepaper we are opening this week is Voting. Voting is the core element of the eosBLACK platform and the most important way for community members to directly participate in managing the ecosystem.
In this chapter, we have differentiated two types of voting. One is the electing of Representatives, which is the key voting function of the eosBLACK platform and the project decision voting for selecting promising DApp projects. When it comes to electing Representatives, eosBLACK aims to reflect voting power based on network loyalty using the contributed time (staking). In addition, for voting promising projects, it aims to reflect opinions from more members and implements Proof of Mixed to prevent a single specific project hoarding the entire benefit. By doing so, it can prevent and overcome the actual limitations such as forming a collusion, unfair cooperative actions and so on.
You can check our GitHub link below for more information. We ask for your continuous support and interest.
