I'd really stick with the official eos.io and maybe eos telegram channel. Airdrops are scam attempts and any genuine airdrop will be announced using the official channels. You may also want to follow the main block producer candidates on steemit, like @eosgo which high rank BP candidate and posts a lot of interesting info.
