I am not a fan of choosing ETH, but now you could lock up the contributed funds, so a reinvesting would technical not possible. Why does they choose to not do this, but plan to have an auditor?
Does not make sense.
What I also not like is only "block.one" does not do this, but anyone who will get the collected ETH will be in a position to contribute again and make it for every one much more expensive.
