Free Tokens...... Yes Please
There are a number of companies already jumping into the EOS space and offering Airdrops of their tokens to any holders of EOS. The airdrops are happening at different dates and some have already taken snapshots.
This website: https://www.eosdrops.io/ outlines all of the current airdrops and the requirements for claiming the tokens.
Some airdrops require you to have metamask installed. You then need to import your private keys or send your EOS to the new Ethereum address to claim the tokens. I, personally, do not want to risk sending my EOS around or importing private keys so these airdrops I'll probably just shrug off.
The one I am the most interested in the eosDAC airdrop. This snapshot took place on the 15th April and anyone who held at least 100 EOS tokens on this date will automatically have the eosDAC tokens airdropped to their ETH addresses. If you have less than 100 tokens then you need to go to this website: https://eosdac.io/tokens/ to claim your tokens.
I think that EOS is already having a huge impact on the cryptocurrency landscape and it is still yet to launch its own mainnet. I am looking forward to the launch and the exciting projects that come from it.

Im a little leary of sending my eos around to pick up airdrops as well. But looks like theres a few coming up after June 1. so they should be safe.
You can check your eosDAC airdrop status at https://eosdac.io/airdrop/ . Enter your ETH adress and your status gets returned. My status is "REQUESTED: Your airdrop tokens are in the queue to be delivered to you by May 15th. Please be patient for delivery."
Mine says the same thing May 15th. I'm unsure wether or not Exodus will be automatic with eosDAC or not.
