I'm skeptical. According to the below, the tokens will be useless after 48 hours?
" 7.9. EOS Tokens Will Become Non-Transferable. Buyer acknowledges and understands that EOS Tokens will become non-transferrable within forty-eight (48) hours after the end of the EOS Distribution Period. At this time, Buyer will no longer be able to map a public key to Buyer’s account and Buyer will not be able to transfer EOS Tokens on the Ethereum blockchain."
Which is a year away, right? That's plenty of time. This is only a concern for those who buy at the very end of the ICO.
It's dubious. Maybe the first distribution period ends in 5 days.
No, the ERC-20 tokens can not be locked while the ICO is still going on and they are actively being traded on the market. I think you're looking for things to be afraid of here. ;)
