EOS Block Producer Candidacy: EOSREAL

in #eos7 years ago

EOSREAL now officially presents itself to all EOS communities for consideration as a block producer candidate. We appreciate @EOSGo for their effort to build a transparent and standardized Block Producers’ information archive for voters and will take an active role in any endeavor that improves the EOS ecosystem.

We are dedicated to building an EOS community for global users, especially for the underprivileged population in order to protect their life, liberty and property.

EOSREAL team members come from diverse backgrounds across the world and half of them are outstanding female professionals. We share common values with EOSIO for blockchain application to improve life, liberty and the protection of property rights. We believe EOSIO software is a promising blockchain technology to improve society and we intend to support it with our efforts. We will promote it to interested parties, and support and fund anyone developing dApps on EOS.

EOSREAL specializes in dealing with EOS functions and DApps with external interactions that require complex governance, controls, processes, and oracles in rapidly changing social and regulatory environments. Through an emphasis on benefitting the underprivileged, EOSREAL is dedicated to pushing EOSIO’s value further in both developed and developing countries.

Since our focus is to build the EOS community, EOSREAL will take no more than 10% of the BP reward as their compensation and use 90% of the reward to develop the EOS ecosystem. We intend to be transparent by publishing our audited financial reports for community review periodically.

A Brief Preview:

EOSREAL is headquartered in Singapore and has a team spread out in 3 continents-from populous countries like US and China to those with lower populations such as Singapore and Australia; from developed countries to emerging ones like Pakistan; and across three different law systems including Common Law, Continental Law and Muslim Law.
EOSREAL can deal with the technical set up and operations of BP servers. It can also deal with complicated issues with ISPs and regulators in developing countries. We have the ability to set up servers and deploy resources at any place as needed. At the initial stage we are planning to set up our own managed servers in Islamabad, Pakistan and a local cloud server in Melbourne, Australia.
Our resource plan has 3 stages: a) cloud servers b) initial bare metal servers and c) need to build servers in the long term.

Blockchain technology can be used to trace supply chain stages of product development, and it offers solutions to ensure food safety, reduce counterfeiting, reduce child labor, etc. Grace also intends to introduce the decentralization idea to students, promoting the freedom and sharing in them.

Felicia Bao

Ms. Bao earned her Master's degree in economic theory and econometrics in France. She is an economic analyst looking at the virtual currency ecosystem and impact of blockchain technology. She has specialized knowledge in game theory and mechanism design during her academic years, which are vital tools when designing ecosystems within blockchain. With both academic and professional expertise, she wrote a long research report, where she analyzed the value of Bitcoin and blockchain when most researchers were not paying attention to this promising field. Her insights to building up sound mechanisms make her contributions more valuable in realizing the potential of EOS to secure life, liberty and property.

Community Benefit Projects

EOSREAL values equality, as everyone should have the rights and opportunities to enjoy the benefits of EOS. It is for this reason that we will steer the community to start looking at how blockchain technology can be used to support the life, liberty and property of the underprivileged.
April – Participate in EOS Governance, especially constitution
April – Draft our own BP constitution and promote it to other BPCs
May – Identifying potential and most possible applications for the underprivileged population.
May – EOS governance discussion around global meetups
