RE: EOS.IO Development Update

in #eos7 years ago

When I first saw this comment I felt my heart sink. I started to feel fear and resentment. And then I remembered the importance of brief meditation so that I can send to myself and get to the bottom of what’s really frightening me.

And it’s always my thoughts that frighten me and my mind tricks me into thinking that somebody else that has caused my fear.L

After the brief meditation I realise that ironically it was my ego once again. I was afraid that having made the decision to actively promote Steemit , I would be ridiculed by my YouTube followers for recommending a platform that is headed by someone who could be so foolish as to post something like that and then vote himself.

When I remember to do so, I choose to see things as opportunities and I think this is one of those opportunities to learn and grow and be compassionate on the one hand and astute on the other.
I was speaking at length to a witness here on Steemit and he reminded me that we all enjoyed souls so let us not forget that this applies to at the time and actin I was speaking at length to a witness here on Steemit and he reminded me that we are all injured souls so let us not forget that this applies to @dan and @ned
They are human and it’s difficult to imagine being in either of their shoes. Money and power corrupts the mind. I know this from the little money and power that I have.
Many times in my life my ego has led me to say and do lots of stupid things. So I forgive myself because it’s only human and I forgive @ned too.

I think I’ll use this opportunity to inform my YouTube followers that it is their responsibility to do as much research as they can and not rely upon me. I don’t really know what’s going on here And only today I was reminded of that saying saying “those who say don’t know and those who know don’t say. “

I regard Steemit as a social experiment, and this three word emission is a very interesting turn.

I couldn´t agree more! I can also forgive, but I have to say, that I expect @Ned to show some greatness and openly admit that what he was doing there was simply wrong.
This is not my personal opinion, but just look at all these comments - there is not a single person, that honestly thinks, that what he was doing is a professional behavior by any means.
