Correct me if I'm wrong but this article/statement from block.one didn't really address any of the issues Ivan has pointed out. Namely the issue... of ERC-20.....Ethereum .... Eos

Those are two different things. Am I wrong?

ERC20 is not EOS...... Ivan pointed this out in his video....
Granted it's a given... I don't mind if someone corrects me. I'm FOR EOS.
